Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Perform filing and maintain organized records and documentation
Handle accounts receivable tasks, including contacting customers regarding payments
Assist with basic bookkeeping and administrative duties
Create and manage daily delivery tickets
Input, update, and maintain databases and spreadsheets
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Conduct outreach to potential clients (cold calling as needed)
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of office or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
