What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Management: Own and organize all incoming leads within our CRM—no opportunities left behind.
Platform Management: Keep our systems and platforms clean, updated, and running efficiently.
Client Care Coordination: Connect with clients through weekly calls, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
Team Communication: Relay important client updates and insights to team members to keep everyone aligned.
VA Management: Oversee and coordinate with Virtual Assistants to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
Team Support: Jump in and assist team members as needs arise—this is a team\-first environment.
