Heart Wide Open Wellness is seeking a talented Marketing\-Informed Assistant to support a rapidly growing business and team.

You will be RESPONSIBLE TO: creating promotional flyers, managing local events, writing/creating unique social media content (to include posts, stories and reels with descriptions), creating and managing/organizing documents in Google, making updates to webpages by working with Kajabi, writing newsletters, researching trends/retreat sites and details, posting to google biz, Psychology Today, LinkedIn and more. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

It is required that you are local to the Folsom, Ca area and can meet in\-person a min of 1\-2X weekly to discuss progress and goals, help manage local events and more. The remainder of the week will be done virtually.

As a talented Marketing Informed Assistant, we expect you to be up\-to\-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively while fully understanding the company brand and staying up to date as to it’s evolutions. An understanding of Kajabi is required as well as a degree or background in marketing and assisting. Must honestly appreciate the HWOW brand and company, PROACTIVELY anticipate growth and needs, be a positive human who enjoys helping others and is good with people. MUST be self\-motivated with excellent communication and time management skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
  • Proven work experience in Marketing
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) \- Canva knowledge required
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and funnels
  • Familiarity with web design – Kajabi knowledge required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical, verbal and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of office management or project management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up\-to\-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Maintaining a calendar of activities and effectively communicating it to participants
  • Overseeing group activities
  • Posting of monthly calendar of events
  • Arranging details to off\-site activities
  • Gathering data on campaign/project success, often though collecting feedback, creating detailed and visually appealing graphs and present them to help in making future business decisions
  • Oversee design and graphics of marketing materials
  • Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience.
  • Assist with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing and group events
  • Great verbal and written communication skills is essential. You must be able to create content and accurately communicate across all social platforms.
  • Crafting engaging content is a must and it's important to constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people. The more creativity the better.
  • A talented Marketing Informed Assistant works according to schedules and must meet marketing and business goals.
  • Qualifications

  • 3\-5 years of social media management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
  • Understanding of Project Management Software and willingness to learn/be proficient Project Management Software
  • Proficient using Kajabi Website design
  • Proficient and creative use of Canva for slides, ads, marketing material, reels, posts, and more
  • Strong computer skills using Google, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • In\-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content, specifically, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Job Types: Full\-time, Contract

    Salary: $19\.00 \- $21\.00 per hour to begin

  • Hybrid Remote \- be avail for weekly meetings and in\-person events, remainder of work possible to be done remotely
