Who we're looking for

• Genuinely passionate about youth development and social impact — not just résumé padding
• Familiar with nonprofit infrastructure: 501(c)(3\) compliance, program funding, donor relations
• Self\-starters who identify problems and bring solutions, not just questions
• Comfortable with ambiguity we're building the plane while flying it
• Students, recent grads, or early\-career professionals in nonprofit management, public admin, social work, or related fields
