Part\-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a sharp, detail\-obsessed Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to manage the day\-to\-day servicing of a solar loan/lease portfolio and oversee the bookkeeping for five distinct business entities. This is a high\-accountability role combining technical finance, legal administration, and proactive customer management. The work will be mostly remote, and part\-time. Schedule can be flexible within reason.

Primary Responsibilities:

1\. Portfolio Servicing \& Loan Administration

* Payment Operations: Execute monthly ACH batches via the Bank portal; manually process credit card and check deposits into the Servicing Software.

* Account Maintenance: Implement annual payment escalations; update customer payment methods and billing schedules.

* Collections: Monitor aging reports, negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers, and coordinate with third\-party collectors.

* Contract Transitions: Manage UCC\-1 lien filings, renewals, and terminations. Facilitate legal transfers of solar leases during real estate transactions.

* Customer Support: Handle high\-level billing inquiries and act as a bridge for technical service coordination (warranty/monitoring).

2\. Multi\-Entity Bookkeeping

* Transaction Management: Accurately code all banking activity across five entities in QuickBooks Online.

* Reconciliations: Perform full monthly bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.

* Reporting: Generate and deliver a monthly reporting package (P\&L and Balance Sheet) for all entities by the 10th of each month.

Requirements:

* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.

* High Precision: A "zero\-error" mindset regarding banking entries and legal documentation.

* Communication: Ability to be firm yet professional in collections and clear in financial reporting.

* Organization: Proven ability to manage rigid deadlines (the 10th for books, the 27th for servicing). Ability to keep track of multi\-step processes that occur simultaneously (i.e. multiple lease transfers in various stages that take place over a month's time).

Pay: $21\.00 \- $32\.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ 85034
