We are seeking a highly capable, tech\-savvy, and people\-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role—you will be expected to operate with precision, anticipate needs, and leverage modern tools to streamline operations at a high level.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast\-paced environments, is exceptionally organized, and brings both technical fluency and emotional intelligence to every interaction. You should be equally comfortable managing complex systems and building strong relationships across stakeholders. Your ability to think ahead, communicate clearly, and execute flawlessly will directly impact the effectiveness of the CEO and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, balancing competing priorities with sound judgment and strategic foresight
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Draft, edit, and manage professional communications, presentations, and reports
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external leaders, maintaining professionalism and strong relationships
  • Lead and support special projects and events, including planning, vendor coordination, and execution
  • Manage and organize digital systems, files, and workflows using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other platforms
  • Handle calls and correspondence with discretion, clarity, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Support operational tasks including data entry and office coordination
  • Provide occasional personal assistance to ensure the CEO’s schedule and priorities remain aligned and uninterrupted
  • Qualifications \& Experience

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a high\-performance environment
  • Advanced proficiency with modern productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, calendar management systems, and communication platforms)
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and optimize new systems and tools
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, manage relationships, and interact effectively with a wide range of personalities
  • Experience in project coordination, event planning, and bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred)
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem\-solving ability
