Rooter Man is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This is a full\-time, work\-from\-home position with occasional in\-person visits required at our shop in Tallmadge, Ohio.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking someone who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is essential to our daily operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule jobs
- Schedule plumbing service appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details
- Assist with day\-to\-day office operations as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast\-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling or CRM systems preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Must be available to occasionally report to our Tallmadge office when needed
