What Your Day\-to\-Day Looks Like

You'll be the first face people see and the first voice they hear.

  • Welcome visitors and manage front reception with warmth and professionalism
  • Keep all meeting spaces stocked, clean, and guest\-ready
  • Handle incoming calls, follow\-ups, and general correspondence
  • You'll be the glue that holds operations together.

  • Support Operations with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination — setup and cleanup included
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Help track customer orders and payments: organize invoices, receipts, POs, authorization forms, and project documentation
  • Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing as needed
  • Manage product literature organization and reordering for various manufacturers
  • You'll keep the engine running behind the scenes.

  • Carry out administrative tasks: filing, scanning, copying, data entry, binding, and more
  • Identify office inefficiencies and bring solutions — we want your ideas
  • Troubleshoot office equipment issues and respond quickly when things go sideways
  • Attend team meetings and company events; assist with coordination as needed
  • Collaborate across departments to advance MVWD's mission and vision

  • Experience \& Skills:

  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRMs is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

    Physical Requirements

    This role involves a mix of desk work and light physical activity. You should be comfortable:

  • Sitting for extended periods performing administrative and data entry tasks (up to 8 hours) \- We do offer stand up desk for your convenience and health.
  • Standing, walking, bending, squatting, and occasionally climbing stairs
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs; heavier lifting may occur when assisting with deliveries (team assistance provided)
  • Work Environment

    You'll work in a generally comfortable office setting with noise levels ranging from quiet to moderate throughout the day. This is an in\-person role.

    Pay: $19\.00 \- $23\.00 per hour
