Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Proseal Asphalt Maintenance. In this role, you will support our sales team by managing accounts and assisting with various sales activities. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve our business goals and enhance customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Follow up on warm and cold leads to expand the client base and increase revenue
· Respond to ad inquiries and proactively follow up with prospects to qualify and convert leads
· Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and ensure accurate data entry
· Manage unused leads in the database and re\-engage dormant prospects
· Track conversion metrics to improve lead follow\-up strategies and ROI
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
· Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional client experience at every touchpoint
· Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring a high response rate and timely communication
· Represent the company with professionalism in client meetings, onsite visits, and virtual communications
· Develop and deliver clear, accurate, and timely quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
· Present quotes to clients, answer questions, and revise proposals as needed to close deals
· Collaborate with sales reps and project leads to ensure accurate cost estimations and scope
· Follow up with clients to finalize agreements and secure project approvals
· Assist in scheduling sales appointments and follow\-ups with clients
· Support sales reps with calendar management, meeting preparation, and administrative tasks
· Keep sales collateral, templates, and proposal materials up to date
· Prepare and maintain client folders and documentation in alignment with company standards
- Respond to phone calls, e\-mails, and text messages in a timely fashion
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings, professional associations meetings, and trainings as required
