We are looking for a hands\-on, versatile team member who takes as much pride in a spotless facility as they do in a precise lab result. This is not a typical quality technician role — about two\-thirds of your week you’ll be doing meaningful, technical quality control work, and the rest of the time you’ll pitch in wherever the team needs you — whether that’s reception, warehouse support, or keeping our regulated, FDA\-registered facility clean and running smoothly. Either way, as a pivotal part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, directly impacting the well\-being of thousands of dogs and cats every day.
If you have technical quality experience, a genuine “no task is beneath me” attitude, and you’re someone who values variety, takes ownership, and doesn’t draw hard lines around a job description, we’d love to meet you.
