Job Title: Treasury Operations Associate

Reports To: Treasury Management Officer

Job Summary:

The Treasury Management Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Treasury Management team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services to bank clients. This role focuses on assisting with onboarding, documentation, data entry, and day\-to\-day client service needs while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

§ Supports the mission, vision, and core values of Valliance Bank.

§ Represent the bank in a positive, friendly and professional manner.

§ Provide exceptional client care while managing client expectations.

§ Administrative Support

o Prepare client documents, agreements, and forms for Treasury Management staff.

o Maintain organized records of client accounts, service requests, and product usage.

o Schedule client meetings, training sessions, and follow\-up calls.

o Compile reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and client use.

o Complete necessary Annual Reviews.

§ Client Onboarding Assistance

o Support set up of Treasury Management products, including ACH origination, wire services, online banking, remote deposit capture, and positive pay.

o Gather and verify required client documentation for service implementation.

o Assist in preparing and distributing training materials and guides for clients.

§ Service and Support

o Respond to basic client inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.

o Update client information in bank systems and CRM platforms.

§ Compliance and Risk

o Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines for data security and confidentiality.

o Ensure onboarding activities meet internal compliance requirements as well as NACHA rules, FFIEC guidelines, and other applicable regulations.

o Monitor client activity for unusual transactions or potential fraud and work with Treasury Management Officers and Account Officers to take appropriate action.

o Maintain thorough documentation for audit purposes.

§ Sales \& Relationship Support

o Partner with Treasury Management Officers and Treasury Specialists to identify cross\-selling opportunities as needed.

o Prepare proposals, pricing worksheets, and product presentations for client meetings as needed.

o Maintain an up\-to\-date understanding of bank products, services, and industry trends.

§ Coordination \& Communication

o Act as a liaison between clients, Treasury Management staff, and other bank departments as needed.

o Communicate updates, requests, and project statuses to relevant parties involved.

Education Requirements:

§ High School diploma or equivalent required; some college or banking coursework preferred.

§ Prior administrative, banking, or customer service experience preferred.

Qualification Requirements:

§ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

§ Ability to work with detailed information in an efficient and accurate manner, while meeting established deadlines.

§ Proficient computer skills, particularly in using Microsoft Office Tools, and the bank’s current software system.

§ Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills.

§ Motivated individual with the ability to work independently.

§ Friendly, assertive, service\-oriented and enjoys working with others as a team player.

§ Ability to manage time effectively.

§ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Experience Requirements:

§ Three to five years customer service experience required

§ Minimum of two years selling and/or supporting commercial and treasury management services preferred.

Physical Requirements:

§ Normal office activity.

§ Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer most of the day.

§ Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds for files or office supplies.

Pay: From $50,000\.00 per year
