Global Builders Inc. is a growing construction company specializing in residential and public works projects throughout Southern California. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and adaptable individual to support both office operations and executive\-level needs.
Position Overview:
This is a part\-time, entry\-level hybrid role ideal for someone who is flexible and enjoys a variety of tasks. The position will primarily focus on office administrative duties, with the opportunity to transition into additional personal assistant responsibilities supporting company leadership after a probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support (email management, filing, scheduling, data entry)
- Assist with project coordination and communication with vendors and subcontractors
- Run business\-related errands, including picking up materials or supplies
- Maintain organized files and assist with daily office operations
- Support executives with scheduling and administrative tasks
- After a probationary period, assist with personal/executive household support (appointments, errands, coordination)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast\-paced environment
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous administrative or assistant experience
- Familiarity with construction industry is a plus
- Part\-time hours (flexible schedule based on business needs)
- Compensation based on experience
