We are seeking a reliable, detail\-oriented, and highly organized Remote Personal Assistant \& Data Entry Specialist to provide both administrative support and accurate data management. This dual\-role position requires someone who can efficiently handle personal assistant duties while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, tech\-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced remote environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and organize inbox priorities
Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of company databases
Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documentation systems
Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries as required
Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary planning
Support personal and administrative tasks such as reminders, purchases, and event coordination
Generate reports and provide data summaries when needed
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Data Entry Specialist
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
Stable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems or data management tools
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or expense tracking
Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills
