Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk/Kids Program to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, managing front desk operations while engaging with children and families in our kids’ programs. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, parents, children, and staff with warmth and professionalism at the front desk.
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Assist with calendar management for classes, events, and appointments using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support office management duties including supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and assist with clerical tasks as needed.

  • Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi\-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse communities effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks.
  • Strong clerical skills such as filing, proofreading, typing, and document management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to support visitors of all ages.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment.
