We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using professional phone etiquette
- Handle front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all records
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and SAGE 300 for daily administrative tasks
- Support office functions by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, invoices, and bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
- Proven experience with office management, clerical tasks, and administrative support in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs and enhance communication within the team
- Knowledge of SAGE 300 for bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping is preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette with experience handling multi\-line phone systems and customer support scenarios, HEAVY CALL VOLUME
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records
