We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Personal Assistant \+ Content Capture Assistant to support a fast\-growing luxury fashion and lifestyle brand based in Los Angeles.
This role is a hybrid position combining:
Personal assistance
Business support
Content capture for social media
Light brand operations support
ABOUT THE BRAND / FOUNDER
You will be working directly with a multi\-hyphenate founder who is:
A luxury fashion designer and boutique owner
A social media fashion \& self\-care influencer
A luxury traveler and luxury shopping content creator
A music artist and creative performer
A growing entrepreneur building multiple revenue streams including e\-commerce, pop\-ups, and digital products
This is a highly visual, fast\-moving brand focused on:
Luxury lifestyle storytelling
Fashion styling content
Pop\-up retail experiences
E\-commerce growth
Personal branding and influence
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive \+ Personal Support
Manage weekly schedule and calendar coordination
Assist with errands related to business operations (inventory, shipping, pick\-ups, etc.)
Help organize pop\-up shop preparation and logistics
Assist with day\-to\-day founder support tasks
Content Capture (VERY IMPORTANT)
Capture behind\-the\-scenes content during daily activities, meetings, travel, and shoots
Film short\-form content for TikTok and Instagram (using iPhone)
Organize raw footage for editing team
Ensure consistent lifestyle \+ brand documentation
Brand \& Marketing Support
Assist in identifying brand partnership opportunities
Help track potential influencer collaborations and brand deals
Support outreach organization (emails, DMs, follow\-ups)
Research relevant luxury fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organized and dependable
Comfortable working in a fast\-paced creative environment
Strong eye for aesthetics, fashion, and lifestyle content
Comfortable filming real\-life moments
Social media fluent (TikTok \+ Instagram understanding)
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
Interested in luxury fashion, lifestyle, or content creation
BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience in social media or content creation
Experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant
Knowledge of influencer marketing or brand outreach
Basic editing skills (CapCut, Reels, TikTok editing)
LOCATION
Los Angeles (in\-person required 1–3x per week depending on schedule)
COMPENSATION
Hourly or weekly retainer depending on experience $18\-$20 DOE with opportunities for increase
