We’re a full\-service promotional advertising agency looking for a part\-time Sales/Admin Coordinator to support day\-to\-day sales and operations.

All\-Ways partners with clients across hospitality, corporate, and events to develop custom merchandise programs, branded product rollouts, and high\-impact promotional campaigns. We manage everything from sourcing and pricing to production and delivery.
Role overview:
This is a support role for someone who already understands the promotional products industry and can step in with minimal ramp\-up. You don’t need to know everything, but you should be familiar with how orders, pricing, and vendor communication typically work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes and assist with product sourcing and research.
- Communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and production timelines.
- Track orders and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support client communication and internal coordination.
- Help manage multiple projects and keep details organized.
- Familiarity with pricing, margins, and standard order flow.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Clear, professional communication.
- Part\-time, hourly (up to $30/hr).
- Fully remote (U.S. only).

Requirements:
