Office staff for a restoration company.
Proficient in TPA’s and insurance claim management.
Be able to communicate with adjusters, organized, and have excellent computer skills.
Have a background in xactimate and insurance restoration work
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiar with alacrity
- Construction background
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Previous office experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
