Job Description:

I am looking for someone reliable and easy to work with to help me stay on top of day to day tasks in a growing business.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote work and occasional in person tasks around the Edmonds and Seattle area. The work varies depending on what is needed, so being flexible and able to figure things out on your own is important.

Some days you may be helping organize schedules or handle things online. Other days might involve running an errand, coordinating something, or helping me keep everything moving smoothly.

I am not looking for someone who needs to be told every step. I need someone who can stay organized, take initiative, and handle things as they come up.

What you will be doing:

  • Helping with day to day tasks and organization
  • Assisting with scheduling and planning
  • Running occasional local errands
  • Helping with travel, bookings, and coordination
  • Supporting basic online tasks
  • Being available to help with whatever is needed
  • What I am looking for:

  • Located near Seattle or Edmonds
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Good communication
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working both remotely and in person
  • Able to figure things out without constant direction
  • Job Type: Contract

    Pay: $17\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour
