POSITION SUMMARY
The Outreach Assistant will perform a variety of tasks and support the Outreach and Development Departments at CHS.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports Outreach and Development team with special events and campaigns.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support the implementation of the organization’s brand and vision.
- Assists in maintaining Outreach supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e\-mail, and mail.
- Promotes a positive safety culture to make CHS a safe place in which to work. Safe work practices and policies for this position shall be reviewed and followed.

- Associate’s degree (AA or AS) in related field plus one year of related work experience or any combination of education and experience to equal three years.
- Knowledge of appropriate software and platforms including Microsoft Office or similar.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of personal valid vehicle insurance.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
