* Flexible Hours – Primarily 8–5 with some PM/NOC supervision.

* Administrative Support – Scheduling and paperwork handled by our admin team.

* Ongoing Mentorship – Collaborate closely with a local Clinical Director, PhDs, and BCBA\-Ds.

What You'll Do

• Provide supervision to RBTs and behavior staff.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree with valid BCBA certification
• Two (2\) years' experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnosis.
• A minimum of two (2\) years of experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior modifications
• Competency in writing supports plans and effective verbal communication skills
• Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
