About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to support our daily order operations.
This role is customer\-facing and fast\-paced, combining phone support, order processing, and general office coordination. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers while ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks throughout the day.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with questions, orders, and general inquiries
- Provide front\-desk support for walk\-in customers
- Monitor and respond to shared email inboxes
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Update order details, product information, and customer records
- Assist with account\-related requests and follow\-ups
- Perform data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Generate reports and assist with documentation
- Help maintain office organization and daily operations
- Strong reliability and professionalism (front\-facing role)
- 1\+ year of customer service, office, or administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in\-person)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Positive, team\-oriented attitude
- 2\+ years of customer service or office experience
- Experience with order entry or order processing systems
- Strong problem\-solving skills and customer\-first mindset
- Enjoys constant interaction (calls, emails, walk\-ins)
- Can handle interruptions and shift priorities quickly
- Is comfortable balancing customer service \+ admin tasks
- Takes ownership and follows through on tasks
- Primarily desk\-based work
- Occasional walking, reaching, and light lifting (up to 15 \-25 lbs)
