Administrative Assistant

HD Roofing and Construction is looking to hire an organized and motivated individual with administrative experience to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and employees in a friendly manner
  • Professionally answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Track residential and commercial leads through all project stages.
  • Manage spreadsheets/documents for multi office use
  • Coordinate residential roof replacements; schedule jobs, order materials, notify customers and employees.
  • Keep project information updated in CRM program
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry and utilization of CRM program, Google Suite, Adobe and QuickBooks
  • Communicate daily with the Office Manager regarding job updates, payments, and other office needs.
  • Send job completion notifications to customers and other essential parties.
  • Submit warranty information
  • Assist with general office duties as needed; purchasing and restocking various office items, daily general cleanup, office upkeep.
  • Skills:

  • Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
  • Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge with computers, email, Adobe, QuickBooks and CRM programs
  • Ability to multi\-task and problem solve
  • Strong customer service and people skills
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills

  • Hours: 40 per week (Monday\- Friday 8:30 am\-5pm)
  • Location: 4 Hart Lane Conway, AR 72032 (Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work); on site only, not remote.
  • 1\+ year experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: $16\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour
