Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support senior leadership by managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks with enthusiasm and precision. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of our remote operations, ensuring smooth daily functions while providing outstanding support to executives and team members alike. This paid position is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in office management, customer service, and administrative excellence.
Duties
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with attention to detail and efficiency
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Organize files, maintain records, and oversee data entry tasks using tools like Google Workspace
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking and email inbox management
- Support operational functions such as ordering supplies and gifts, coordinating equipment shipping, checking mail, and managing storage inventory
- Experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing correspondence
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- Personal assistant experience or experience supporting executives is preferred but not required
