Duties and Responsibilities:
* Calendar Management: Managing the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Administrative Support: Providing general office support, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and managing files.
* Communication: Facilitating communication between the CEO and internal/external parties, including board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
* Project Management: Assisting with project management, including research, analysis, and reporting.
* Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
* Travel Arrangements: Planning and coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO, including itineraries and accommodations.
* Expense Reporting: Tracking and processing expense reports.
