Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Salesperson to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a courteous tone.
- Greet visitors at the front desk, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain updated records.
- Support office management by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with clerical duties including typing documents, filing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.
- Act as a personal assistant to management when required, handling various administrative tasks to facilitate workflow.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or secretary role is preferred.
- Excellent in both English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license.
- Has the ability to drive short distances (around 30 miles) 3\-5 times per month
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software applications.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and office management practices.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A proactive attitude towards problem\-solving and assisting team members.
- High school or equivalent (Required)
