Propel Pro is a sports technology company connecting athletes of all levels with elite coaches through live video coaching, on\-demand sessions, and async film analysis with telestration.

We've built a dual\-sided platform for athletes, coaches, and clubs. The product is live, the company is early\-stage, and the next six months are an important growth period.

About the Role

We are hiring a part\-time Executive Assistant \& Operations Coordinator to support the CEO and help keep day\-to\-day operations organized and moving forward.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-moving startup environment. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, track priorities and follow\-ups, keep internal systems updated, and help ensure important projects and action items do not slip.

This is a hands\-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, following through, and helping a founder stay focused and effective.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Track action items and follow\-ups from meetings and ensure timely completion
  • Keep Monday.com and other internal systems accurate and up to date
  • Help organize priorities across partnerships, product, legal coordination, and creative work
  • Prepare presentations, talking points, and briefing materials for meetings
  • Draft and edit professional written communications
  • Help improve internal organization and operational follow\-through
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination so that nothing important falls through the cracks
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in an executive assistant, operations coordinator, chief of staff support, or similar role
  • Experience supporting an executive, founder, or senior leader directly
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay on top of priorities in a fast\-changing environment
  • Strong follow\-through and a proactive, solution\-oriented mindset
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, and PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Ability to create clear, polished presentations and briefing documents
  • Nice to Have

  • Startup or small\-company experience
  • Experience working across multiple business functions
  • Familiarity with sports, coaching, or athlete development
  • Based in the New York area
