*Essential Job Functions*
- Receive, prepare, sort, and verify documents.
- Manage both electronic and physical documents.
- Update and maintain data entry into various systems.
- Track document progress and ensure timely updates.
- Handle imaging of all documents and upload to various systems.
- Submit documents either electronically or physically to county recorder’s offices.
- Mail physical documents to county offices for recording when necessary.
- Follow up on outstanding documents.
- Must type 40 words per minute
- Multitasking abilities a must in order to meet the client’s needs
- Must be able to work overtime, which includes but is not limited to: Arriving prior to normal arrival time, working past your set hour to leave, working through lunch, and Saturdays if needed
