Administrative Assistant

- Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, applicant communication, and follow\-up
- Support pre\-employment screening, ADP onboarding, documentation review, and new hire orientation preparation
- Provide general benefits information to new hires and assist with benefits enrollment coordination
- Answer and route incoming calls; respond professionally to inquiries from applicants, employees, vendors, and visitors
- Organize and maintain electronic files using SharePoint and other cloud\-based systems
- Provide administrative support to satellite office locations as needed
- Serve as backup support for weekly employee time entry processing
- Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role required
- HR support experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage competing priorities

- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- One\-hour unpaid lunch (Monday–Thursday)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced office environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee communications, benefits documentation, and personnel record management. This position also provides administrative support to satellite offices and serves as backup for weekly time entry processing.
