Job Description:
Join our prestigious law firm client in Washington DC as an Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a proactive individual, with a commitment to exceptional client service, professionalism, and adeptness in engaging with executives, attorneys, staff and clients at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Office Support: Greet visitors, answer/direct phone calls, and manage correspondence.
- Data Entry \& Filing: Input data into systems (e.g., Excel, CRM) and maintain electronic/paper filing systems. Prepare expense reports and process invoices
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Document Preparation: Create reports, memos, and emails, and assist with photocopying, scanning, and binding
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- 1\+ year experience in a professional office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Proficient with Excel, Chrome River a plus
- Problem\-solving abilities
- Strong customer service focus
- Professional \& Friendly Demeanor
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
Qualifications \& Requirements
The Compensation range for this role is up to 26\.50 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
