Helix Workspace is seeking a reliable Part\-Time Front Desk / Office Assistant to support daily operations in our professional office space.
Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and organize mail and packages for virtual office clients
- Basic data entry and administrative support
- Provide front desk reception services, including meeting and greeting visitors
- Restock pantry and common areas
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Organized and detail\-oriented
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer and email skills
- Professional attire requested
- Previous experience working in an active office environment
