EDUCATION / EXPEREINCE REQUIREMENTS:+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience in managing and analyzing data.
+ Interest in working in a school district environment.
+ Knowledge of district and school policies and procedures.
+ Detail\-oriented with proven ability to be consistently accurate.
+ Ability to effectively communicate with students, employees, and visitors.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
+ The "People" Person: A naturally friendly and professional personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
+ Tech\-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas) and the ability to quickly learn new proprietary software.
+ Writing Skills: Strong command of English grammar and professional email etiquette.
+ Organizational Mastery: A proven ability to prioritize urgent tasks without letting smaller details slip through the cracks.
+ Adaptability: Comfortable transitioning from desk work to active duties (such as occasional coverage or logistical support) as the office needs change.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:+ High\-Volume Multitasking: Manage a busy front\-office environment, balancing walk\-in inquiries, multi\-line phone systems, and administrative projects simultaneously.
+ Communication Excellence: Draft and proofread professional emails, memos, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and a polished tone.
+ Data \& Digital Management: Maintain and update detailed spreadsheets, manage database entries, and navigate multiple software platforms (including \[Insert specific programs, e.g., Arux, Google Suite, Microsoft 365]).
+ Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for staff, students, and the public, providing friendly, helpful, and efficient service.
+ Administrative Support: Assist with filing, document preparation, and special projects as assigned by leadership.
HOURS PER DAY: 8 hours/day
DAILY SCHEDULE: 7:30am \- 4:00pm, Monday \- Friday
DAYS PER YEAR: 261 (12\-month position)
RATE OF PAY: The wage for this position ranges from $24\.11 to $30\.04 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry\-level rate of $24\.11 per hour. However, experienced candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $26\.46 per hour. These decisions will be made on a case\-by\-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
