We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines general office dutities including some social media positng, and data entry. Duties
- Data Entry into multiple software platforms
- Social Media Posting/marketing task to assist in marketing growth
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist the Accountant with documents, small tasks around tax season
- Support office management activities including supply ordering, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized files
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience and etiquette essential for working in a small business growing rapidly atmosphere
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Prior experience as a receptionist, medical or dental receptionist, or personal assistant is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with proofreading capabilities for documents and correspondence
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and customer support
