Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and business meetings from inception to execution, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Handle all aspects of office management including filing, data entry, document proofreading, transcription, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide executive administrative support such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and managing phone etiquette across multi\-line phone systems.
- Oversee bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping.
- Facilitate project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors professionally, answering inquiries via phone or email, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with a strong background in office management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools.
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette across multi\-line systems.
- Prior experience in event planning, project coordination, clerical tasks, and customer service is preferred.
