Part-Time Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part\-Time Office Assistant to support our growing team. This role will begin with two weeks of in\-person training, after which the position will transition to remote work.

We provide all necessary equipment, including a company laptop and phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Support daily office operations as needed
  • Requirements:

  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, general navigation)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and self\-motivated
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work after training
  • Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in an HVAC or service\-based office environment
