We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part\-Time Office Assistant to support our growing team. This role will begin with two weeks of in\-person training, after which the position will transition to remote work.
We provide all necessary equipment, including a company laptop and phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Support daily office operations as needed
- Previous office experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, general navigation)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, trustworthy, and self\-motivated
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work after training
- Experience in an HVAC or service\-based office environment
- Flexible part\-time schedule (25–30 hours/week)
- Hybrid work structure (in\-office training, then remote)
- Company\-provided laptop and phone
- Supportive and friendly team environment
