We are seeking individual(s) who have strong administrative skills and would thrive in a team environment as a 401k enrollment coordinator.

Series 6 or Series 7 license and S65 (or equivalent) are not required upfront, yet would be pursued with all associated expenses covered on the job.

Our Retirement Plans Department is a specialty team within MassMutual where the general agency is Vista Wealth Solutions located in Radnor, PA. As a sales team, we solicit, onboard, and service both business and individual accounts nationally including some in\-person presence with larger customers.

Our department works exclusively with group retirement plans, primarily 401ks, for all sized businesses. Our team is an organization of highly trained qualified plan specialists who pair with a network of affiliated administrators across the country. We are a sales team, soliciting, providing design consulting, comparative analyses, product recommendations, investment education, enrollment services, and technical support to Trustees and individuals who serve in a fiduciary capacity. Team members all work towards the same mission of securing new business clients, albeit in different capacities – some tends towards presentation and follow up, some with comparative analysis and correspondence, and others with installation – but we always collaborate with synergy in this mutual responsibility.

For existing clients, we manage day\-to\-day needs, handle investment and plan design reviews, and field inbound calls and emails to the right serving contacts outside of our team.

We are backed by product specialists and have a successful wealth management enterprise with over 100 years of combined experience in retirement plan investing for businesses and individuals. The Agency supports clientele with financial resource examination, estate analysis, retirement planning, college funding, business continuation, executive fringe benefits, and employee group benefit programs.

Job Title: 401k Assistant

Compensation:

This is a W\-2 salaried position starting at $75,000 annually. Compensation increases are based on background and licensing as frequently as quarterly, contingent upon favorable reviews and productivity. There is no compensation cap, and qualified assistants can easily increase compensation by 50% to 100% commensurate with value added in years 1\-3\.

Location:

This is a fully remote position, work from home (WFH), with no requirement to be at the Agency office; however, if you are a local employee, at your discretion you may work from the Agency office in Radnor, PA.

Job Description:

We are a team of 401k sales consultants and 401k Assistants, handling in\-bound leads from businesses of all sizes and industries across the U.S.

As a 401k Assistant, you would be one member on our national sales consulting team including specialists, brokers, staff, and administrators. Together, we market to, solicit, and sell 401k plans to all sized business, concentrating on startups and medium sized. In that capacity, you would be screening profiles, researching through established systems, preparing cases, soliciting, presenting, and corresponding in a team effort to close plans with new representation.

We are responsible for ongoing customer relationship management, reviews, basic investment analyses, and conventional administrative duties including data collection and updates.

You would participate weekly in our routine operational development with fresh input. Upon starting the new position, you would begin studying for Series 6 or Series 7 for the professional designation (unless you already hold). All related education and professional designation course expenses are covered by the employer.
