Job Summary
Highly organized and energetic Client Success Manager providing administrative and operational support within a fast\-paced gym environment. Manages schedules, coordinates client appointments, assists with event planning, handles member inquiries, supports social media and marketing tasks, and ensures smooth day\-to\-day studio operations. Works closely with gym leadership to streamline communication, maintain organization, and create an exceptional experience for clients, trainers, and guests.
Duties
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for gym owner/trainers
- Coordinate client assessments, bookings, consultations, and follow\-ups
- Assist with gym events, workshops, bootcamps, and special activities
- Respond to member questions via text, email, and/or social media
- Support social media content planning, posting, and community engagement
- Help organize studio supplies, merchandise, and operational needs
- Assist with vendor coordination, deliveries, and errands
- Maintain confidential business and client information
- Support front\-desk tasks and provide excellent customer service
- Help streamline daily systems to improve efficiency and member experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable in a fast\-paced fitness environment
- Experience with scheduling, admin work, or personal assistance preferred
- Social media knowledge is a plus
- Passion for health, wellness, and gym culture
- High School Diploma or GED required

Pay: $18\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
