Our IT team supports the full stack of a fast\-growing, in\-house operation. We don’t outsource our way out of problems. We hire people who solve them.

You'll work alongside a close\-knit, experienced team and report to our Network \& Systems Manager. The work is hands\-on, the environment is fast\-moving, and no two days look exactly alike.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:

  • Handle helpdesk support and troubleshoot workstation, printer, and device issues — on\-site and remotely
  • Perform hardware and software repair and manage software deployment using remote management tools
  • Write Windows CLI and PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, and troubleshooting
  • Manage user accounts across Active Directory, Google Workspace, and other platforms
  • Assist with access control and security camera system administration
  • Manage technology asset inventory and run and terminate network and power cabling
  • Support the Network \& Systems Manager with routine network tasks

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • AS/AAS in a related field required; BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 3\+ years of hands\-on IT support experience
  • Proficiency with Windows CLI and PowerShell for administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with remote PC management and software deployment tools
  • One or more certifications: CompTIA A\+, CompTIA Network\+, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Google Workspace / Google Admin, and Microsoft 365
  • Mac OS and Linux experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license; ability to obtain scissor lift/forklift certification; comfortable with heights; able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must pass a criminal background check; on\-site attendance required
