- Scheduling appointments and processing intake paperwork

- Performing data entry and managing client files for accuracy

- Processing outgoing mail and keeping common areas organized

- Jumping in on other duties as needed to keep the office flowing
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds

What We’re Looking For
* Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree or vocational training preferred
* Experience: 2\+ years in an administrative role (experience with electronic health records is a plus)
* Skills:
* Other: Familiarity with clerical systems such as filing and recordkeeping
Physical Requirements
