Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative tasks in a professional setting.
Duties:
\- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
\- Answer and direct phone calls using multi\-line phone systems (if not picked up by the virtual assistant)
\- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
\- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
\- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately
\- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, proofreading, and organizing documents
\- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
\- Previous experience in a dental office or similar setting is preferred, but not required
\- Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling, data entry, and order processing
\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
\- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
\- Familiarity with calendar management and event planning
\- Ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
\- Attention to detail for accurate record\-keeping
