Duties
- Greet visitors warmly, manage front desk operations, and ensure a positive first impression
- Answer and direct phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Support bookkeeping tasks using Sage or similar accounting software when needed
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and organization of files
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in\-person interactions
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of product distribution and working with a diverse population is a plus
- Attention to detail in proofreading documents and maintaining accurate data entry records
