FT Office Assistant Seasonal June 12th \- July 29th 2025, after Regular Part\-Time Position

Duties:

\- Perform general office tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to the company's emails, and managing correspondence

\- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees

\- Maintain business and office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

\- Organize and schedule telephone/in\-person appointments, and meetings

\- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing, handling and filing confidential client information

\- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, forms, and other documents

\- Assist with proofreading and transcribing documents as needed

\- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization

\- Assist in customer invoices and billing

\-Assist Management when given delegated tasks ex: calling for coverage, following up with current/potential clients, students and employees

Skills:

\- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and Excel) preferred but not necessary

\- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not necessary

\- Knowledge of medical and nurse assistant care is a plus, but not necessary

\- Ability to work and be productive independently with little to no supervision

\- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues

\- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

\- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

\- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
