Excavation Sales

Job Description:

We are a family\-owned excavation, demolition, and land clearing company with multiple crews in the field and a strong pipeline of incoming work. We are looking to bring on an experienced sales professional who can hit the ground running and help us grow our residential project portfolio.

This is not an entry\-level position. We are looking for someone with real\-world sales experience who understands construction, can speak confidently with customers, and can estimate and close work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Follow up on inbound leads (we generate consistent opportunities)
• Meet with homeowners and clients to review project scope
• Estimate and price residential excavation, demolition, and clearing jobs
• Prepare and present proposals
• Close work and manage customer relationships through the sales process
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project handoff

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (required)
• Experience in excavation, demolition, land clearing, or similar construction trades (
strongly preferred)
• Ability to understand the scope and realistically price work
• Self\-starter who doesn’t need hand\-holding
• Strong communication and customer\-facing skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once

Compensation:

• Hourly base pay \+ commission
• Compensation structure will depend on experience and performance
• High earning potential for the right candidate

Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $120,000\.00 per year
