Senior Account Executive
Overview
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is an experienced internal team leader who manages deliverables and
deadlines to ensure all members of the team work seamlessly. Supports day\-to\-day client interactions, project
delivery, and coordinates communication between internal teams and clients. Employees may be required to
perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Cross\-Functional Collaboration
- Manage communications with team members regarding initial/ongoing information and status
- Serve as the lead contact for assigned projects
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Support client services efforts by handling projects, collaborating with the project management team to
- Drive the daily activities of a project by overseeing project scope, changes, and roadblocks within
- Prepare concise status and contact reports, outlining next steps, key dates, and deliverables
- Facilitate the medical\-legal\-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items adhere to
- Develop and maintain knowledge of assigned brands and industry trends
- Leverage the Petauri core values in all interactions by fostering a culture of leadership,
- Contribute to the development of client proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budget
- Partners with relevant team members to meet financial deliverable dates for estimates, invoices, and
- Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports
- Operate within established client and agency processes
- Owns and generates internal trackers and client reports with oversight
- Co\-create project briefs with account team
- Attend and participate in client meetings as appropriate
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or related field; or the
- 2\+ years of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within a pharmaceutical
- Experience with direct client contact
- Hands on experience with clients’ on\-line submission systems (e.g. Veeva) for medical\-legal\-regulatory
- Experience in writing SOWs and project briefs
- Pharmaceutical drug launch experience (preferred)
- Ability to travel for onsite meetings (as requested)
