\\Office Manager – Construction \& Party Rental Companies\\ We are looking for a reliable, highly organized Office Manager to help manage the office and administrative work for two small but growing businesses — a residential construction company and a party rental business. This position will work directly with the owner and play a key role in keeping both businesses organized, scheduled, and running smoothly. The construction company focuses on residential projects such as roofing, siding, decks, additions, and general construction. The party rental business provides tents, tables, chairs, bounce houses, and event rentals for customers on weekends and during event seasons. \\Party Rental Responsibilities:\\ \ Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries for bookings \ Enter bookings into our Excel scheduling system \ Send contracts and invoices through our booking system \ Communicate with customers regarding rentals and event details \ Prepare weekly and weekend rental schedules \ Coordinate schedules with crew leader for deliveries and pickups \ Keep booking calendar and customer information organized \\Construction Company Responsibilities:\\ \ Answer calls and emails from customers \ Schedule estimates and meetings for the owner \ Manage calendars and job schedules \ Follow up with customers after estimates \ Write contracts and collect deposits \ Schedule jobs and communicate with customers \ Obtain permits when needed \ Send invoices and follow up on payments \ Enter customer and job information into our systems (Jobber, etc.) \ Help keep projects, schedules, and customer communication organized \\Hours:\\ Monday–Friday (generally 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, some flexibility). This position is busier during the spring, summer, and fall seasons and slower during winter months. Hours may vary seasonally, but this is a year\-round position. \\Pay:\\ $20–25 per hour to start depending on experience, with opportunity for raises and growth over time. \\Location:\\ Partially remote / work from home is possible, but the candidate should be local and available to meet occasionally if needed. \\Requirements:\\ \ Highly organized and detail oriented \ Reliable and responsible \ Professional and good with customers \ Comfortable on the phone and computer \ Experience with Excel and basic computer programs \ Able to work independently and manage schedules and tasks \ Good communication and organizational skills \\This position has potential to grow into a long\-term Office Manager role with increased responsibility and pay.\\ Please email your resume and a short description about yourself, your work experience, and your availability.
