Pay: $27\.00/hr. (Up to $56,000/yr with performance\-based raises)

Schedule: 20–25 hours/week minimum. Flexible hours, but requires some core weekday availability and occasional weekends. Full\-time optional.

The Role

As a therapist with Salam Therapy, you will deliver evidence\-based care (CBT, mindfulness, trauma\-informed) via our secure video platform. You will collaborate with experienced clinicians, conduct comprehensive assessments, and create personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Care: Provide individual and couple therapy to diverse clients.
• Assessment \& Planning: Conduct telehealth assessments and track outcomes using data\-driven dashboards.
• Documentation: Utilize our AI\-enhanced live\-transcription tools to generate accurate SOAP notes instantly, minimizing admin time.
• Collaboration: Participate in weekly multidisciplinary huddles and peer\-review meetings.
• Growth: Engage in regular paid clinical supervision to support your journey toward LISW licensure.

What You Bring

• License: Active Indiana LSW license (required).
• Experience: Proven clinical experience with individuals, couples, and/or adolescents using evidence\-based approaches.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with video sessions, EMR systems, and adopting new technologies. Requires reliable high\-speed internet, webcam, and a private workspace (60\+ wpm typing speed preferred).
• Mindset: A patient\-focused, collaborative attitude. You prioritize client needs, accept feedback gracefully, and thrive in a team environment without ego.
• Availability: Consistent weekly availability.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with immigrant, refugee, or minority populations.
• Fluency in a second language.
• Prior telehealth or EMR/EHR experience.
