Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales \& Operations Coordinator to help manage the flow of leads, estimates, and jobs.

This role is critical to keeping the company running smoothly. You will work directly with the owner to ensure:

  • No leads are missed
  • Estimates are tracked and followed up
  • Jobs are properly scheduled and communicated
  • This is NOT just an admin role.

    You are helping drive revenue and keep operations organized.

    Key Responsibilities\- Lead \& Customer Intake

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Log all leads into our system with accurate notes
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests
  • Estimate \& Sales Pipeline Management

  • Track all estimates from creation to close
  • Follow up with customers (phone, text, email)
  • Help schedule estimate appointments
  • Ensure proposals are sent out quickly and accurately
  • Operations Coordination

  • Confirm job details, deposits, and scheduling
  • Communicate job information to crews
  • Help ensure jobs are ready to run smoothly
  • Customer Communication

  • Respond to customer questions and updates
  • Provide scheduling updates and confirmations
  • Act as a professional and reliable point of contact
  • What We’re Looking For

    We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and detail\-oriented
  • A strong communicator (phone, text, email)
  • Proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
  • Tech\-friendly (Google tools, CRM systems, etc.)
  • Bonus Experience (not required)

  • Experience in landscaping, construction, HVAC, or similar industries
  • Office coordination, scheduling, or dispatch experience
  • Customer service or sales support background

  • Leads are responded to quickly and professionally
  • Estimates are tracked and consistently followed up
  • Jobs are organized and ready before crews arrive
  • The owner is able to focus on sales and growth instead of day\-to\-day chaos
  • Compensation \& Growth

  • $20–$24/hour based on experience
  • Performance bonuses tied to company growth
  • Opportunity to grow into an Office Manager / Operations Manager role
