Job Title: Executive Assistant / Business Operator (Sales \+ Growth Focus)

Compensation: $2,000/month \+ Commission \+ Performance Bonuses (No Cap)
About This Role
We are hiring a high\-level Executive Assistant / Business Operator to support multiple growing businesses.
This is NOT a typical assistant role.
You will act as a right\-hand to the owner, stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running, solve problems, and drive revenue.
Your core responsibility is simple:
Fill the gaps and help grow the business.
That may look like:
- Managing operations one day
- Handling social media the next
- Closing or assisting in sales when needed
- Act as an extension of the business owner in daily operations
- Identify and fill gaps across multiple businesses
- Step into roles as needed (sales, social media, admin, customer service, etc.)
- Assist in generating and closing sales opportunities
- Manage projects, tasks, and team coordination
- Improve systems, workflows, and efficiency
- Solve problems independently without constant direction
- Problems are handled before they reach the owner
- Gaps are identified and filled quickly
- Sales opportunities are captured and converted
- Operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Highly organized and proactive
- Strong problem\-solver and decision\-maker
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Sales\-minded and results\-driven
- Takes ownership and executes without being told
- Strong communication skills
- Tech\-savvy and quick to learn
- Earn $150 per sale on any contract valued at $1,500\+
- Unlimited earning potential — no cap on commission
- 8\+ sales/month: \+$400 bonus
- 12\+ sales/month: \+$600 bonus
- 15\+ sales/month: \+$1,000 bonus
- After 3 consecutive months of 10\+ sales:
- Commission increases to $175 per sale
