2\-3 days/week Saturdays required.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Provide highest quality customer service.
• Welcome/greet all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner. Engage to determine Why In.
• Wait on/process repair customers.
• Assist in phone answering.
• Assist with outgoing shipping (prepare boxes, labels, etc.)
• Maintain store cleanliness \- Clean glass countertops as frequently as necessary to remove fingerprints, etc. Vacuum store prior to opening \- minimum twice a week.

Digital/Social Media

• Assist with standardized website product description data entry.
• Assist with social media.

Qualifications:

• Must be outgoing, friendly, self\-motivated with organizational and time\-management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide excellent customer service, displaying professional in\-store, virtual, and phone skills at all times.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills.
• Prior luxury retail sales, luxury hospitality industry\-related experience preferred.
• Must be a self\-starter and a team player – duties may change as needed based on circumstances.
• Must be dependable; criminal history clearance and drug testing may be required.
