Job description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to join our fast\-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives while multitasking and can provide excellent customer service—even in high\-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities (not all inclusive)
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls (high priority), often while handling multiple tasks
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting upset customers calmly and professionally
- Prepare daily deposits accurately
- Assist with commission calculations and tracking
- Run reports and review for errors
- Release and verify prior day work
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a close\-knit team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy ( required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain professional when handling difficult or upset customers
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Starting pay: $14\.00 per hour (with potential for higher pay based on experience)
