Job description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to join our fast\-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives while multitasking and can provide excellent customer service—even in high\-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities (not all inclusive)

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls (high priority), often while handling multiple tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service, including assisting upset customers calmly and professionally
  • Prepare daily deposits accurately
  • Assist with commission calculations and tracking
  • Run reports and review for errors
  • Release and verify prior day work
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Required Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a close\-knit team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy (
  • required)

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to remain professional when handling difficult or upset customers
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Job Details

    * Job Type: Full\-time

    * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

    * Work Location: In person (not a remote position)

    Pay \& Benefits:

  • Starting pay:
  • $14\.00 per hour (with potential for higher pay based on experience)

  • Commission pay (paid monthly)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Customer service experience (required)
  • Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
